Are you looking to rent an instrument? Rentals are popular with beginners and are excellent value for parents of small children as the instrument can be changed when a larger size is required. I offer violins, violas, cellos, double basses and viols in various sizes, subject to availability.
Easy playability and a balanced sound are my top priorities, which is why I set up my rental instruments with the utmost care. This is particularly important for beginners, as frustration with the instrument often leads to giving up music altogether. I hire out high-quality instruments, which are set up in my workshop and have balanced sound and quality of craftsmanship that sets them apart from the mass-produced goods on the Internet.
I rent out violins and violas from 15 Euros per month and cellos from 35 Euros per month. Double basses and viols on request, if in stock.
art of the rental fee will be credited towards the purchase of an instrument at a later date. Insurance is included in the hire price.
My rental instruments are not dispatched via mail, I attach great importance to personal service in my workshop. In this way I can check whether the instrument is the right size for you or your child, adjust the chin rest and shoulder rest and answer all your questions about the instrument.
